Our business adheres to strict quality measures and the goal is to deliver skilled experts with excellent service standards that adhere to client specifications and requirements and that are in compliance with current regulations. We have built efficient and well-communicated procedures and processes that serve as a foundation for analysing and enhancing our performance because we are dedicated to continual improvement. Despite not currently holding an ISO or comparable quality accreditation, Retrofit Electronics complies with all applicable laws and maintains a functional quality management system that is supported and run by all employees in order to reach the stated goals. The Company intends to continuously work towards improvement in accordance with the goals established against the policy’s guiding principles. Retrofit Electronics bases their commitment to quality on four guiding principles:

  •  Adhering to specifications after thoroughly identifying the demands of our clients, applicants, and internal systems.
  • A system that focuses on finding potential risks and errors in our systems, procedures, and documentation and putting the required precautions in place to ensure ongoing adherence to legal requirements and industry best practises.
  •  The idea that everyone should know how to do their work to the needed standard and doing it right the first time is the foundation for guaranteeing the quality of service provision.
  •  A 360-degree service evaluation approach that invites and makes use of feedback from our candidates, clients, and employees to continuously improve our service and, when appropriate, recognize hard work.

The management team of the organisation is in charge of upholding quality standards by performing routine performance reviews and evaluations and offering training in accordance with personnel requirements. The management team of the organisation also supports procedures that make it as simple as possible for all stakeholders to file grievances, offer feedback, make helpful suggestions, and acknowledge excellent service. By providing support infrastructures and telecommunications services to Operators, Broadcasters, Public Administrative Bodies, and Corporations within the sector, Retrofit Electronics’ service is focused on meeting the needs and demands of our clients in a sustainable manner, fostering satisfaction and cultivating a sense of respect among our collaborators.
The Quality Objectives are coherent with this Policy and are in line with the Company’s processes model. In order to continuously improve our operations, they are reviewed by the Management on an annual basis and modified to reflect changes in Retrofit Electronics and its environment.

Our staff are equipped with the material resources, continuous training in both skills and technology, and the development processes required to identify individual needs, in accordance with this policy and with the aim of achieving business objectives. Compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory standards (international, regional and local), as well as a willingness to adapt to future standards, clients’ demands and social requirements, is a commitment and responsibility shared by all. This Quality Policy also applies to suppliers and subcontractors of Retrofit Electronics, with the shared goal of fostering a work environment that enables us to deliver the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction. The Management agrees to examine the Quality Policy on a regular basis, adjust it to address any new organisational, environmental, and market requirements that may emerge, and notify the organisation about the policy while always keeping it available to stakeholders. The management commits to establishing an integrated management system in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Within this framework, the policies are implemented and developed. The effectiveness and efficiency of the policy are ensured by the use of staff management, process management, and ongoing improvement.
