At Retrofit, our workforce is composed of certified telecommunications experts with a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years in the GSM network, RF (Radio Frequency), and MV (Microwave) installation and commissioning. We take pride in having a team that is highly skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results to our clients. Our team is leading when it comes to building full Turn Key (Civil Construction of telecommunication tower base stations including fencing.

Tlamelo Ernest Mogotsakgotla is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Level 3 IVQ Technician Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. With a strong background in electrical engineering, Tlamelo brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Kago Eric Monametsi is a skilled Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor of Finance degree and a Level 3 IVQ Technician Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. With a diverse educational background, Kago combines his knowledge in finance with his expertise in electrical engineering to deliver exceptional results.

Innocent Mosala is a highly qualified Finance Manager with a Bachelor of Finance degree and certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 and Prince2 Certified Practitioner Certificate in Project Management. With a strong background in financial management, IT business management, and project management, Innocent brings a comprehensive skill set to the team.

Peter Mosala is an accomplished Managing Director with over 10 years of experience in various roles, including finance management, project accounts management, group project management, and group financial controller. With a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and certifications from the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators and the Chartered Institute of Business Management, Peter's expertise and leadership drive the success of the team.
